I am the Community Engagement Lead at Multicultural Cumbria, where I design and deliver small-scale events and projects that bring people together through shared experiences such as food, music, and cultural activities. My work focuses on creating welcoming and inclusive spaces that build connection, understanding, and stronger community cohesion across Cumbria.
With a background in Psychology, I bring insight into people, behaviour, and the challenges different communities face. I have experience working across a range of community settings, including schools, care environments, and wider community groups, which has shaped a grounded and people-centred approach to my work.
I also bring a creative background in theatre, which I use to help make engagement accessible, engaging, and meaningful.
