An informal information session for volunteers and members of support organisations. This event will be delivered by staff and volunteers from Carlisle Refugee Action Group and Penrith and Eden Refugee Network.

• Concerns and queries
• Sample policies and codes of conduct
• Support agencies
• Questions and discussions on how best to help
